Rising to the Challenges was the title of the recent IHF Conference in Killarney. Following NERA's address to the conference where they outlined their intention to inspect every Hotel in the country over the next twelve months. Many Hoteliers will now be reviewing their Operations to see if they can rise to NERA's challenge. Contracts of Employment, Job Descriptions, Rosters, Breaks, JLC and other supporting documentation will be subject to inspection. The Employment Law Compliance Bill will add Work Permits to the inspection agenda
