Resolve HR Ltd was set up by Enda Mc Guane in 2008. Enda is a highly experienced HR Consultant who has senior management experience across a broad range of industries (Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Services, Education) and business models, in both the Public and Private Sectors. Enda has held a number of senior HR Management positions including the position of HR Manager for Athlone Institute of Technology, Group HR Manager for a chain of Hotels across the country, and businesses in the Retail and Logistics sectors.

 

Since setting up Resolve HR, Enda has provided HR support and consultancy services to business's in various industries including providing advice and representation in relation to NERA inspections, Rights Commissioner and EAT hearings. Resolve HR has also supported and advised businesses in managing all aspects of redundancy situations, including the implementation of appropriate redundancy selection criteria. He also has considerable experience in the area of Industrial Relations having operated in both unionised and non-unionised environments and he is a former member of the IOT Sector/IMPACT national industrial relations forum.

 

As a former Officer in the Irish Defence Forces Enda has vast experience in problem solving, mediation, conflict resolution and negotiation, which have been acquired in a variety of challenging international environments and are brought to bear in every intervention.

 

In addition to providing services to business Enda is a former Chairman of the National Advisory Committee for GMIT/Failte Ireland Trainee Manager Development Programme (TMDP) and a former member of the Western Region CIPD committee. Enda is also a member of the Galway City and County Enterprise Board's panel of approved business mentors. He also lectures with the National College of Ireland and Galway Business School specialising in the area of Human Resources Management, Supervisory Management and Employment Law. Enda has also delivered guest lectures in both GMIT and AIT and is an external Examiner with GMIT's Bachelor of Business in Personnel Management for both the Galway and Mayo campuses.

 

Enda is an experienced and adaptable HR professional, this combined with his qualifications and knowledge of Employment Law allows him to critically analyse businesses Human Resource and Industrial Relations issues in order to develop and implement best practise and practical HR solutions.
