HR Audit

Like financial audits, HR audits are designed to examine business activities, identify policy and practice weaknesses, benchmark best practices, and quantify and evaluate value for money. They have proved particularly helpful in helping businesses prepare for NERA Inspections. Resolve HR are highly experienced HR Consultants and our audit will review, and report on various HR Management and Employment practice areas, including:

 

    • Full audit of personnel files including a full review of contracts and terms and conditions of employment for all Full and Part-Time staff.
    • Detailed audit of all HR administration and records e.g.working time, breaks, annual leave, new starters, leavers, etc
    • Analysis of roster and identification of any Work Permit related issues
    • Review of existing HR systems to measure how well processes deliver HR strategy and business goals
    • Comparison of Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S) e.g. staff turnover, recruitment/termination costs, to best practice industry standards.
    • Assess business compliance with existing and proposed legislation

      2. Grievance and Disciplinary
      3. Training and Staff Development
      4. Performance Management
      5. Communication, teamwork and employee involvement
      6. Industrial/Employee relations
